  1. v1.3-LOCKED

    Erratum E-SEED-1 added: in the v1 implementation the seed digest is not SHA-256 at 56 bytes. Implementation notes added at §3.3 and §10.2. The requirements are unchanged.

  2. v1.3-LOCKED

    Revision history corrected to match the normative copy: the 1.3-LOCKED row now reads "Internal model-assisted review; independent verification pending." It previously read "Three independent review sign-offs achieved. Mathematical closure confirmed.", which the normative copy withdrew on 2026-07-01.

  3. v1.3-LOCKED

    M8 reclassification: layer migrated from L0 to Axis. The spec content is unchanged — L0 was always architecturally orthogonal to L1-L7 and is now grouped with SRS-CAL-001 (Calibration) under the new Axes group in the Vault. The "L0" name is retained throughout the spec body and in cross-references as the established identifier for the Epistemic Containment Layer.

  4. v1.3-LOCKED

    Imported to the Vault. Supersedes L0-SPEC-001 v1.2-DRAFT.
